HD series DC bus type high current knife switch

This product is a single pole single throw DC busbar switchgear, mainly used for cutting off or connecting power in high current busbar circuits in industries such as non-ferrous metallurgy, chlor alkali, transportation, and electroplating. This product has a novel structure, is easy to use, and has a long service life. It can be manually operated locally or remotely controlled from a distance

Onestructure

1) The conductive part of this product adopts T₂Y material, conductive contacts made of 96% silver alloy special contacts;

2) The conductive strip adopts a multi blade parallel combination structure, which is convenient for connecting with the busbar and also conducive to conductor heat dissipation;

3) The contact adopts a single-phase double head, and the moving blade slides into the working position of the through head in a non pressure state. Under the action of the locking mechanism, it automatically applies pressure and locks, and then enters the electrified working condition. The decoupling device automatically releases pressure and opens during separation. Therefore, the contact is stable and reliable due to high pressure, and has a long service life due to low wear and tear;

4) The knife holder base is frame type, with two epoxy laminates connecting the conductive parts and transmission mechanism of the switch, ensuring high mechanical strength and excellent insulation performance;

5) The switch spindle is connected to the worm gear reducer through an insulated joint, and the reducer is directly connected to a three-phase motor to form an electrical transmission. The extension of the worm gear shaft is for manual operation;

6) This product is equipped with 2 travel switches to complete the opening and closing actions of the knife switch under the terminal. Each travel switch is equipped with 3 normally open and 3 normally closed auxiliary contacts for remote control.

IIoperational condition

The ambient temperature should not exceed 40 ℃, the altitude should not exceed 3000m, and there should be no suspended conductive dust, strong corrosive gases, or condensation conditions around.
